Subject: Yar ever been to sea Billy?
Various seafaring activities are shown here. I'm not too sure how much of it is Coast Guard though. Definitely the first part, where rescue drills and boat maintenence. The second part, where they focus on dock repair and rebuilding buoy maitenence, I'm not sure of.. probably not. Still, great shots of ocean work here. And lots and lots of shots of boats.
